- Sinor-LaVallee Wine Company was founded 1997 by husband and wife team of Mike Sinor and Cheri LaVallee Sinor. A small amount of wine was made from local vineyards like MacGregor Chardonnay and Dusi Zinfandel but as we started our family we decided to focus on family. Now that Tomas is 5 and Esmee 3 we have started to increase production of our wines. We work mainly with two Pinot Noir vineyards Talley-Rincon and Aubaine with acreage contracts with both. With total production around 400 cases it is mostly sold through a mailing list. Cheri is the president of our company.
